SECTION 9 - ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY At NexaVibe, we pride ourselves on our rapid processing network. Because our automated logistics systems route order parameters immediately to our suppliers, cancellation requests can only be accommodated within a strict 24-hour window from the exact time of purchase.

  • Before Shipment Dispatch: If your cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours and the order has not yet been processed by our supply chain network, we will issue a full administrative refund immediately.

  • After Shipment Dispatch: Once a tracking number has been generated or the parcel has entered the international transit terminal, the order cannot be canceled or intercepted. In this event, you must wait to receive the physical item and initiate a standard return process subject to our 20% restocking fee framework.
